Setting Up Your iOS Device
Follow the instructions below for setting up your iPhone or iPad for use at Reed.
Connecting to the Network
Begin by selecting the Settings app from your iPhone or iPad, and go to your WiFi settings.
Reed1x or Reed
All students, faculty, and staff should connect to the Reed or Reed1x wireless network.
- Select Reed1x or Reed from the list of wireless networks. When prompted, enter your Reed username and password. Press the Join button in the top right corner.
- You may be prompted to Accept the security certificate.
- You are now connected!
ReedXenia or Reed Guest
The Reed Guest and ReedXenia networks are available to campus visitors.
- When you try to connect to any website for the first time, you'll be automatically redirected to Reed's Network Registration page. You should see the following page:
- Simply follow the instructions to get connected to the network.
